Description: Puberty and Acne. The skin is a fascinating organ and it experiences many changes during puberty. The most common change is acne. Most young people will experience acne, and it can impact physical and mental wellness. This unique activity allows learners to explore the skin, common issues (hyperpigmentation, scars etc.) and ways to manage them as well as showing empathy and treating others with kindness. Excellent whole class or small group activity. Great conversation starter!
