Description: This Picnic/BBQ theme activity targets vocabulary and grammar. I used a red, white, and blue theme so that it could also be used for American Holidays. It includes 12 slides (4 boys, 4 girls, and 4 groups) with 17+ items to manipulate (red balloon, blue balloon, red cup, lemonade, ketchup, mustard, chips, fork, spoon, hamburger, hot dog, corn, watermelon, grapes, popsicle, cupcake, and cherry pie). I also included 4 empty plates to fill with food items. Use the questions to target: -Object Pronouns (her, him, them) -Possessive pronouns (her, his, their/s) -Subject Verb agreement (has, have) You can also use this for: -Following Directions (i.e., "Put 2 burgers on the plate." "Put the hot dog between two cupcakes." "Give him one red balloon and a fork."), -Prepositions (i.e, "Where is the hot dog?"), -Requesting (i.e., "I want pie."), -& Core Words (i.e., "put", "on", "want," "give," "want eat" etc.).
