Description: This activity targets speech sounds /k/ and /g/ in initial, medial, and final positions of syllables. Some syllables are real words and others are nonsense words. After your student accurately says the speech sound in the syllable, move the sticker (syllable) into the recycle bin to reveal a toy/Christmas gift. This activity can also be used to target language (toy vocabulary): Have the student guess which toy is behind the sticker(syllable) by using parts of the toy that is visible behind the syllable. Ex. Therapist: " Oh I see 2 wheels? What do you think is behind the sticker (syllable)?"
