Description
This 41-card deck features real photos, visual cues and sentence strips to help your students expand their sentences including "who", "what doing" and "where"! Each card contains one fall-themed real photograph, visual cues to remind students to include "who" is in the picture, "what" they are doing, and "where" they are, drag-and-drop checkmarks to keep track of which parts of the sentence were included, and a color-coded sentence strip to support expressive language! This deck is intended to be used with a communication partner facilitating the generation of ideas and formulation of sentences. The card will "ding" correct when all three checkmarks are dragged into their corresponding "WH- question" box to encourage students to include each part in their sentence. This deck can also be used to target pronouns, present progressive verbs, WH questions, increased utterance length, sentence formulation/word order and prepositions. (Note: not all cards contain prepositions and pronouns and are dependent upon the photograph/target sentence. For example: "The dog is sitting next to the pumpkins" vs. "The boy is drinking hot cocoa outside" Utilize sentence strips and provide additional opportunities as you see fit for your students).
