Need a quick formative assessment on addition? Looking for an addition practice deck that will work with ALL of your students? This Adaptive Addition deck is the perfect answer! There are three levels: adding numbers in the millions requiring multiple regrouping, adding numbers in the thousands requiring single regrouping, and adding numbers in the tens and hundreds not requiring regrouping. All students start with a question showing adding numbers in the millions requiring multiple regrouping. If they get that question incorrect, they are taken to a question that is the level below. As they work, they will be moved both up and down levels as needed. This adaptive deck was created in a way that makes it easy to group students when looking at their report. The first 15 questions are adding numbers in the millions requiring multiple regrouping. Questions 16-29 are adding numbers in the thousands requiring single regrouping and questions 30-42 are adding numbers in the tens and hundreds not requiring regrouping. You can easily see where students are working by the cluster of problems they answered.
