Description: Finding the Theme: These Theme Task Cards are perfect for 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, and 6th grade. These THEME task cards are part of a bigger bundle that has differentiated ways to answer to meet the varying needs of the students in your class. Since each deck asks the student to do different things, you can use all three decks with each student if you choose. You can purchase each deck separately or all three together. This theme deck is called write your own because students will be reading a passage and typing in their own sentence stating the theme of each passage. This theme deck includes: 27 task cards (3 theme instructional pages and 24 theme task cards.) • Task card 4-27 have your students read a passage and then type their own sentence stating the theme of each passage. • Out of the 3 theme decks, this is the hardest because they have to come up with the theme on their own and type it.
