Winter Articulation /s/ This deck includes 3 different types of activities for Initial /s/, medial /s/, and final /s/. Memory Games - Played as usual memory games, the player removes 2 covering cards to see the pictures and the client/student needs to say the name of the image whilst practicing their articulation. Instructions are included and a demo page is available in the preview, Board games -There is a separate game board for Initial, medial and final /s/. The players can choose their game piece to move around the board (This is included on the page as a movable image). You will need a physical dice or coin to determine the number of spaces the players move or you can google an online dice. Build a village - There is a scene for each position of the /s/ sound. Once the client/student says the name of the picture eg seal, focusing on their articulation, they can drag a picture from the village pile to cover that picture (seal). By continuing this until all the articulation pictures are covered, the child will have created a village picture. Instructions - are present at the beginning of each game type area - ie Memory games, board games and build a village. Navigation - The first card is a navigation card where you can select the game/activity you would like to go to. In each activity area, you can navigate to the next card by using the next arrow or return to the home by selecting the house button.
