Foster creativity while targeting articulation goals in speech therapy! This interactive activity lets students build their own pirate picture scene while revealing articulation targets they can practice at any level. ๐ดโโ This deck is simple to use. ๐ฆ On each of the 60+ cards, students drag and drop a part to create a unique pirate scene. ๐ฏ As they arrange each part, a target word is revealed for articulation practice. ๐ Students can click the word to hear an audio model, providing built-in support and promoting independence. The activity is ready for any setting. Use it in-person on a computer or iPad, during teletherapy sessions, or assign it as homework for extra practice. Easily differentiate for each student. This flexible activity makes it easy to meet a variety of needs: โ Use the menu card to quickly navigate to specific sounds or goals. โ Practice at any levelโwords, phrases, sentences, or stories. โ Targets are high-frequency written words (not pictures), making it ideal for older students. โ Choose how to present each word: student reads, you model, or use the audio support. Find targets for every student. The deck includes separate cards for the following sounds/clusters: ๐ฏ Initial, medial, and final /k, g, s, z, f, v, th, sh, ch, j, l/ ๐ฏ Each /s/ cluster ๐ฏ Each /l/ cluster ๐ฏ Each /r/ cluster ๐ฏ Each vocalic /r/ An open-ended card (no articulation words) allows students to create a pirate scene while you naturally target language goals, too!
