Your students will target 20 common tier two vocabulary words in multiple ways within this deck of 70 unique playable cards! Starting on the menu card, you can choose to have your students play one (or all!) of the following activities: 1. Identifying Synonyms- Your student will choose the correct synonym from a field of four choices and "drag & drop" the correct word to "feed" the monster. (20 words on 20 cards) 2. Identifying the Correct Sentence- Your student will read four sentences that contain the target vocabulary word. They will then click the sentence that uses the target word correctly. (20 words on 20 cards) 3. Sentence Formulation: Your student will look at a real photo and be asked to write a sentence using the target word in the box. For students who are not typing/writing, this portion of the activity can be done verbally with an adult! The adult can type the sentence in the box for data collection. (Note: Be sure to click submit after typing the sentence in the box) (20 words/photos on 20 cards) 4: Mixed Activities: 10 of the target vocabulary words will be played in each of the above activities along with an "Extension Activity" box that contains two additional prompts related to the target word.
