Shaded Part as a Fraction

Description: This deck contains a total of 2 direction and 77 fraction task cards ranging from 1/2 to 12/12. Each play, students are randomly presented with 30 cards plus 2 direction cards to practice naming fractions. Students look at a shape broken into equal parts. Students fill in the blank to write the fraction (in numbers) that names the shaded part. Please note, for this deck students should not write the simplified version of a fraction. For example, 2/4 should not be written as 1/2, but as 2/4. This is great practice for beginning fraction learners. Since it is randomized students will get a different deck each time!
