Description
Students practice subtraction of 2-digit numbers using base ten blocks and the standard algorithm. As students type in the correct answer to each subtraction problem, they uncover letters to find the answer to the riddle "What did the bee say when he returned to the hive?" Students are marked correct or incorrect for their typed answers only. The base ten blocks are a workspace for students to use. As long as they use the workspace, that area will be marked "correct".
