Expanding Utterances: What and Where Questions with Animated Everyday Verbs (GIFS)

Description: Students are presented with animated everyday verb images (GIFS) in different locations. Students are asked "what" questions such as "what is he/she doing" and given 2 visual choices (e.g. brushing teeth/brushing hair). After, students are asked "where" questions and given 2 visual choices of places (bedroom or bathroom). Lastly, students are asked to form the sentence. Students are presented with a visual sentence starter (e.g. she/she is (doing what) in the (where). Students are presented with 2 choices for each WH question. Students are asked to drag and drop the correct verb into the first space and the correct location into the second space. This helps students expand their utterances while answering who, what and where questions.
