Description: In this 4th Grade fractions word problems activity, students will practice adding and subtracting tenths and hundredths using their knowledge of equivalent fractions. The one and two step word problems aim to provide students with the chance to use their knowledge of tenths and hundredths in different scenarios. There are 21 boom cards with the first slide providing directions on how to complete each card followed by 20 question cards. Each question has one fraction with a denominator of 10 and another with a denominator of 100. Students are not expected to simplify fractions to the lowest form.
