Description: This deck is designed to help students understand and deal with the changes and differences in what "back to school" looks like during coronavirus and COVID-19. It is written in first person, and addresses changes they might see at school like wearing masks, social distancing, additional cleaning, temperature checks, and staying in the classroom more. It also addresses staying home while sick and using good hand hygiene. It helps students acknowledge that they might have big feelings and lots of questions about changes. They are encouraged to be flexible and use coping strategies to work through their feelings. This deck includes 27 cards, the majority of which are teaching cards. There are also simple multiple choice questions interspersed to check student comprehension. This deck is designed for a teacher/therapist to use with a student. It is not designed for independent student use.
