Where Questions - Expanding Utterances with Valentine's Day Monster (GIFS)

Description: Students are presented with an animated valentine monster (GIFS), an animated valentines day present box, an animated valentines day envelope, and an animated heart. Students are asked "where" questions such as "where is the monster" and provided with a sentence starter containing 3 empty spaces to help students expand their utterances as they answer the where questions. For example, students are presented with the sentence starter (the ___ is ___ the ___). Students are given 2 visual choices per blank box to help them drag and drop the correct item into the correct place of the sentence starter. Students are able to form sentences such as "the monster is under the box" or "the monster behind the envelope." This helps students work on spatial concepts as well.
