Grades: 2,3,4

Description: ***Ce jeu est en français.*** LEVEL 1: Help your students name, recognize the matching nets and identify how many faces, edges and vertices are on 7 of the more common 3D shapes (cube, cone, cylinder, triangular pyramid, square based pyramid, triangular prism, rectangular prism). *** A Level 2 deck is also available: includes the 7 shapes from this deck PLUS pentagonal prism, hexagonal prism, heptagonal prism and octagonal prism. *** This deck consists of 29 cards (28 digital task cards + 1 reference card) As you may know, there are debates in the math community about "faces" and "edges". In this deck, I am working with these definitions: 1. A "face" (une face) is a flat surface on a solid object (not curved) 2. An "edge" (un arĂȘte) is a straight line segment between two faces (not a curved line). 3. A vertex (un sommet) is a corner or a peak.
