In this deck, your students will practice the letter X. Students will sort letters by capital and lower case, identify objects that end with the /ks/ sound, build the letter Xx with dots, find the letter X, "read" words that begin with the /ks/ sound, and find the letter X. The letter X does not make the sound of /ks/ at the beginning of words. This deck is different than my other Alphabet decks. I have used words that END with the /ks/ (x) sound. This deck will have your students practicing letter recognition and phonemic awareness. There is a HUGE variety of ways students will practice the letter X that it will surely keep every student engaged! I will be making a BOOM set for each letter of the alphabet.
