Description: This interactive no-prep activity is an engaging way to help your students build a variety of receptive and expressive language skills. This activity contains pizza toppings, condiments and a variety of CVCC words. Students are asked to follow 1-step directions by putting specific toppings and condiments on a pizza. After, different CVCC items are located behind each pizza topping. This is great for speech therapy, tele-therapy, or even in person therapy! This activity includes: - A variety of CVCC Words (bank, bulb, cast, hand, disc, lamp, tent, nest, list, mask, sink, milk, plane, snake, belt, desk, sand, glove, steak, spoon, heart, shark, fence) - A variety of pizza toppings and condiments (e.g. cheese, sauce, tomato, pepper, mushroom, pepperoni, olives, avocado, chile pepper, lettuce, hot sauce, beans, chicken, meat, pineapple, ham, bacon, eggs, & onion) The following IEP goals can be targeted during this activity: - CVCC words - Following 1-step directions - Describing (e.g. Colors, Attributes/Adjectives, Categories, Function). - Core Words "Put on" - WH Questions (e.g. ask students "what did you put on the pizza, what color is the item, what does it taste like, etc.)
