Here are 64 cards where the student completes the sentence by filling in the preterite form of the verb indicated in parenthesis. These verbs end in -car, -gar, -zar. Students have the opportunity to conjugate many of these verbs using all six subject pronouns, yet there is an emphasis on the first person singular. Each card has an illustration of the sentence presented.
