Description
It's a space adventure as students differentiate the three sounds of y; long e, long I, and regular y. In this deck students will be given pictures and words which they must read aloud and listen for the correct sound the letter y makes. In the first set of cards, students will read the word or use the picture clue, then drag the correct sound into the box. In the second set of cards, students will read the word then find a word below that also has the same sound. In the remaining two cards, students must read the three sentences then type in the correct word to complete the sentences. This a great activity for review, small groups, interventions, homework, etc.
