Description: These are included in a money saving Bundle under the "Bundles" tab in my store. These 10 task cards are structured to teach students to identify the number zero. The cards use a field of 3 to guide students into identifying zero from two distracter numbers. This concept is based on the Discrete Trial Teaching format (although not technically DTT). These cards are great for students who need foundational skills and thrive on direct instruction. The cards begin with 1 card that shows an example of what the number zero looks like. The next 9 cards present zero with 2 other number distracters and learners must identify the zero by touching the correct number. *Cards are automatically read aloud. ⚠️ Accessibility Note ⚠️ These Boom Cards are suitable for students with low vision, as the numbers are large and presented on a simple, high-contrast background. However, they are not fully accessible for students who are blind. Including the number in the alt text would reveal the correct answer, reducing the activity’s instructional value. Educators may still choose to use these cards for data collection by providing students with tactile or braille numbers and recording the student's selected answer on the screen. 💻 Please preview these cards before purchasing to ensure they meet your students’ individual needs.
