Description: Irregular plural nouns - drag and drop plurals matching game This deck is part of my discounted bundle of 4 matching plurals games covering the different plurals rules. Search for 'Plural nouns - drag and drop - plurals matching game bundle' in the Boom Store. The deck contains 24 cards that build knowledge in students on the correct spelling of plural nouns. These are particularly helpful to those who are students: learning English as a second language (ESL, EAL, EFL, ELL, ELA); Homeschooling; Special Education; or in Speech Therapy. These may also be useful for English-speaking students at the elementary/primary levels. This is a fun game for students who read a word describing either a singular noun or the plural of the same. The student drags this word onto the matching illustration of the singular / plural noun. There are twelve singular nouns and their corresponding plurals; each of the nouns in this deck are irregular, so do not conform to the common pluralisation rules. Each singular noun is followed immediately by the plural version of the noun. Responses are self correcting. Irregular singular and plural nouns used in this deck are: tooth/teeth, foot/feet, goose/geese, man/men, child/children, woman/women, die/dice, ox/oxen, person/people, cactus/cacti and fungus/fungi. This deck can be used in conjunction with my other sets for early learners of English. These are available in my store on Boom Learning (https://wow.boomlearning.com/author/bluwren).
