It has visuals for sentences and an interactive part where the student preforms the action on the page i.e., "put the apple in johnny's hand" It also has simple "wh" questions pertaining to the story i.e. "What did Johnny appleseed plant?" This deck also has a riddle/ inferencing activity, sequencing activity, 2 pages of sorting/ categorization, a memory game, a "sensory bin" activity for matching, a lotto game (2 ways: one with calling cards and one is open ended), a puzzle (2 ways) (with picture support and without picture support), a pattern completion activity, a life cycle of an apple activity, a feed "johnny" activity with a sentence strip for expanding utterances "Feed Johnny the green apple", a prepositions activity (5 pages) and an apple counting activity(10 Pages) as well as a tic-tac-toe game.
