Description
This interactive no-prep activity contains a variety of fairytale character verbs to help students build a variety of expressive and receptive language skills. Students are able to practice answering WH questions, labeling common fairytale characters, label common verbs, practice pragmatic skills (e.g. commenting) and increasing MLU with visual sentence strips. The following items are included in this activity: - 11 animated fairytale characters - princess, unicorn, fairy, queen, king, dragon, mermaid, wizard, witch, troll & fairy godmother - 8 different verbs - waving, flying, jumping, standing, blowing, dancing, holding & swimming The following IEP goal can be targeted during this session: - Expanding Utterances & Increasing MLU - WH Questions - Core Word Find - Labeling Fairytale Characters - Labeling Verbs - Describing (e.g. colors, sounds, size, etc.)
