Description: Use a fun Groundhog Day theme to target articulation in speech therapy! 🦫🌤️ Students stay motivated as they practice their speech sounds to find out whether their groundhog sees its shadow at the end of their practice. This deck is straightforward and simple to use, but keeps students engaged and in suspense! 💥 How it works: 👆 Choose the articulation target from a clickable menu. 🗣️ The student practices 12 target words, clicking to check off each word as they go. 🔮 The student predicts whether or not they think their groundhog will see its shadow... and clicks to find out if they're right! Because this activity uses written words rather than pictures, it’s especially appealing for slightly older students. You can easily adapt the activity by having students create their own phrases, sentences, or story from the listed words, or imitate a model from the SLP or parent.
