Description: This deck includes 71 jungle animal-themed cards that review the intervals of steps and skips on the piano keys. This deck is a perfect introduction to steps and skips for your beginning students! Written instructions are included on each card. The word "STEP" or "SKIP" and an arrow pointing right or left are also included on each card as a guide for students. All steps and skips up and down the white keys are included in this deck. Half the cards present the keyboard in F=G=A-B-C-D-E order and half present the keyboard in C-D-E-F-G-A-B order. Two types of cards are included in this deck. 28 cards designate the letter name of the white key that students will be using to answer the card. Answers for these cards are presented in stepping order. On the other 43 cards, a leaf designates the key that should be used to answer the question. Answers for these cards are presented in random order. These two types of cards all students to "level up" with this deck. Teachers: use this to your advantage! Give students the beginner cards first and assign the more difficult ones once they've mastered the first kind. All cards are randomized and students play 20 cards at a time.
