Description: A complete curriculum on cybersafety and cybersmarts for teenagers. Includes the following topics: cyber bullying, catfishing, phishing attacks, screen addiction, online friendships and online reputations. Starts with a self-rating and knowledge check. Then, the above-stated topics are taught in mini lessons with vocabulary reviews and knowledge checks in the first part of the deck. The second part of the deck includes practice and application lessons, including, *safe or unsafe online behaviors, *accept or delete the friend requests? *critique the profiles for security risks, *critique the emails, *solve the cyber problems, *match the vocabulary and *review. This deck of BOOM cards is for high school students. Here is what is included: *home page and arrows for navigation, *Students are given multiple response modes to demonstrate their knowledge including: drag and drop, multiple choice, fill in the blank, T/F and open-ended questions and scenarios where students type their responses. *Real photographs of middle school, high school and young adults are used and mutiple skin tones are represented.
