Description: Make new compound words from the individual words presented. Each card presents 12 individual words. Pairs of these words join together to make a new compound word. There are 6 new compound words to be found on each card. Simply drag the words from either the left or the right to the appropriate position opposite to join the two words together. When all eight six of individual words are correctly matched together to form the correct 6 compound words, the deck advances to the next slide. Get it wrong and the words will just bounce back to their starting positions so you can try again. To help illustrate what you need to do and to help get you going, the first card provides color-coded individual words. Just match the colored words together to solve the card. Thereafter, you have to find the right pair yourself. With the exception of the first color-coded card, this 16-card deck is randomised, so no two students will see the same order of cards. With 12 words and 6 compound words per card, this 16-card deck has 192 words and 96 compound words that need to be found.
