Description: Let your students practice their syllable type skills with this fun deck! Students will have to read the syllable and decide if it is open or closed. There are real words and nonsense words included! The closed syllables are CVC words - these are all based on emergent reading skills and so only one-syllable words are included. There are two activities included - 1. drag and drop each syllable to the correct door and click the green button; and 2. read the syllable and tap on the correct door. This deck is great for whole group, small group, or independent practice!
