Description: These winter themed boom cards are the perfect way for third & fourth graders to gain fluency with their 2s, 4s and 8s multiplication facts. By targeting these facts, this deck allows students to practice the strategy of doubling. Students will double the product of the 2s fact to find the product of the 4s fact and double the product of the 4s fact to find the product of the 8s fact. This NO PREP activity works well as math stations, centers, rotations, homework, and early or fast finisher activities! At the beginning, students will be prompted to work on either their 2s, 4s or 8s facts. Once they begin working with a specific set of facts, they will be asked to solve the following types of problems: -Identify the product of the fact. -Match the number sentence to the product. Once they finish working with one set of facts, they will have the choice to either begin working with another set of facts or to finish playing. Please note that this set of cards does not randomize since it is set up to work in a specific order with Flow Magic.
