Description
This is an interactive, no-prep activity to help students build their knowledge of SHAPES in a fun motivating way by using a hungry animated cow (GIFs). Students are able to follow follow 1-step directions, identify SHAPES, answer WH questions increase their MLU . The activity consists of the following - 14 pages of animated hungry cow images (GIFs) - 3 visual choices different shaped items per page - 14 pages of activities to expand utterances including visual sentence strips (e.g. the ball is a (shape)). The following IEP goals can be targeted during the activity: - Expanding Utterances & Increasing MLU - Describing (e.g. colors, shapes, attributes, category, function, etc.) - Following Directions - WH questions (ask students questions such as what color, what do you do with a book, what shape is it, etc.)
