Description: This deck provides three fun activity options: First, focus on core words and following simple directions by pressing the "open" and "close" buttons. Second, practice expanding utterance length and sentence completion by adding the page's image to the sentence strip "I see." Third, do both! This activity targets a variety of goals, including verb vocabulary, asking and answering "who" and "what" questions, expanding utterance length, sentence completion, following basic directions, and core words (open, close, see). This is a go-to with extra active students. You can combine a rote phrase (e.g., who's at the door? open it please, etc.) and then the student can imitate the action.
