Description: Practice phonemic awareness and phonics with beginning sounds and ending sounds with the focus on the letter t sound. First, students watch a video about the letter t. Then there is a directions slide with the word tape. They have to drag the letter t to the "Elkonin Box" to put the letter t where they hear the t sound. Either at the beginning or end of the word. This will help students listen for the sound of t and placing the letter t into the beginning or ending of the sound box. The picture helps students that have difficulty remembering a word.
