Description: ***Select the FULL-SIZED PREVIEW to proceed past the Learning Cards and enable the Drag & Drop feature*** NOTE: The term 'cents' is used in this resource (pronounced "cenne") Students will identify Canadian coins and bills up to $20 and also compare values. This resource is intended for Kindergarten and Grade 1 as students begin to explore Canadian coins and bills. Includes two Learning Cards that will always appear first in the deck to allow students to review the value of the coins and bills before moving on to the challenge cards. Students can also click on the images throughout the deck to hear the name of the coin or bill. • Students will hear the name of the coin or bill then choose the correct image with multi-choice style cards. - Coin cards have an extra picture clue to help students succeed at identifying each coin. • Students will determine which coin is worth more and then slide it onto the piggy bank. • Students will determine which bill is worth more and then slide it onto the Bank. → 15 cards will be chosen at random for the student to play, making the game different every time! → Multiple choice answers are randomized so that the correct answer always appears in a different spot. This encourages students to think about their answers and not simply memorize the placement of the correct answer on the card. → After selecting an answer, students will receive instant feedback allowing them to correct their answer and continue to the next card.
