Description: Do your students need extra spelling practice? In this deck, your third graders will practice words with a hard and soft g sound for their grade level. This deck will also have students differentiate between the hard and soft sounds for some words. This deck has been divided into 3 sections: 1. Listen and Spell: Students will press play to hear the word then type it. Word List: pigeon, rage, organ, page, guess, large, magic, huge, general, and engine 2. Which Word is Right: Students must select the box that has the correct spelling. Then they must identify the sound by selecting hard or soft. Word List: golden, garage, figure, ginger, giggle, danger and general 3. Unscramble: Student will say the name of the picture then unscramble the words to spell it out correctly. Then they will identify and select hard or soft for the g-sound in that word. Word List: stage, orange, gate, garden, game, wagon, gym, giraffe, gem, and bridge Use this deck during your small groups, intervention, literacy center, homework, etc. This is also great for distance learning!
