Description: Teaching cooperation & teamwork to middle high school students. Provides a conflict on the job situation & 2 outcomes based on the actions and reactions of the main character. Covers: making a mistake at work, being unable to regulate emotions & how cooperation plays a part in being successful at work. Students can choose a "good" and "bad" outcome and see how each plays out. Then, they build their own outcome & explore the components of the story related to cooperation and teamwork. Includes: Student self-rating, Knowledge check, Social narrative: we make choices about acting and reacting to situations, Introduction and conflict: not cooperating with a co-worker, failing to regulate emotions with a supervisor, and not admitting to a mistake.
