This deck starts with 4 teaching cards: 1 world map and 3 pages that list 15 species of endangered animals with their image, class (mammal, reptile, fish, bird), and location (continents or oceans) Students will then match the images of the animals (Who am I?) and a brief description of their class, location & habitat with their species. They will choose the correct answer from 4 options. (A suggested follow-up to this set of Boom Cards is to have each student choose 1 endangered animal and write a report about the animal with an illustration. Students could orally share their reports with each other. The reports could be posted on a bulletin board.)
