Description: Students are presented with a variety of basic concepts, attributes and adjectives. The following concepts, attributes and adjectives are presented in this activity: - Colors - Shapes -Big or Small -Short or Tall -Hold or Cold -Hard or Soft Students are asked the WH question "What do you see." Students are given a sentence starter (e.g. I see a ___ ___). Students are asked to drag and drop the correct descriptive concept (hot/cold) into the first blank space. Students are asked to drag and drop the correct item pictured into the second blank space. This helps students form utterances such as "I see a cold igloo," and "I see a hot fire, etc. This helps students receptively and expressively build their knowledge of basic concepts while expanding their utterances!
