Description: This boom deck is a great review deck once students have learned: ta/shh, forte/piano, singing high/low and reading iconic notation for high/low, and a few common instruments. Included are: 2 quarter note/rest rhythms to read - if you teach something other than ta/shh don't click the speaker icon. Then 2 cards of what's missing in a quarter note/rest rhythm, then 2 cards reading/singing a high/low melody. The next 2 cards are listening to a high/low melody and drag and drop the last icon to what was missing. Then 3 cards of loud or soft musical examples, students click on f for forte or p for piano. 4 cards are what instrument do you hear - the correct answers are trombone, violin, flute, and tuba if you want to pre teach. The next 3 cards are to compose a 4 beat melody by dragging a picture above or below the line. There's no right/wrong answer and students are encouraged to sing their composition. The last 3 cards care for students to use quarter notes/rests to compose a 4 beat rhythm. They are encouraged to say/clap their rhythm. If your students have learned paired eighth notes (titi) and sol/mi look for Space review level 2! There's new forte/piano examples and different instruments.
