Description: Farm animals and kids exercising together? Kids will chuckle and so will you! The animated verbs in this farm animal with kids, movement-themed resource will draw even the youngest learners’ eye to the actions in the pictures and will naturally elicit verbal expression. This activity is designed to teach WH questions, pronouns, verbs, expanding sentences, vocabulary, prepositions and following directions. Each of the 24 slides include animated verbs of children and farm animals doing exercises as well as moveable related pieces. Visuals are at the bottom of each page to elicit “who” “is” “what”. Three stacked circles that match the visuals on each page could be used to cover the visual as each sentence structure is expressed. The moveable pieces are great for preposition practice and following directions. Also, the images could be used as conversation starters for students working on carryover of skills in articulation and fluency, and sentence formulation and expansion. The language targets are endless with this activity.
