Description: With this F P auditory discrimination deck, your adult ESL students will get lots of practice hearing these sounds from minimal pairs. If your students are mispronouncing words with /f/ and /p/, it might be because they cannot hear the difference. Students will practice auditory discrimination when they hear a word and then select the WORD they heard. Please note that I have this same deck (#1) available in an easier version for students who are reading yet or need to focus more on the /t/ and /p/ sounds. In that deck, they hear the same words, but they select the SOUND they heard. Also available: an FP deck with just initial sounds and a big FP deck with initial/medial/final sounds in minimal pairs. Like all my decks, I made this deck with adult students in mind. As such, this deck will not appeal to children. It is meant for high school age and older. I based this deck on a worksheet activity from my F P Pronunciation resource (pdf) sold in my TpT store.
