Description
Get up and moving with this bug and insect themed deck! This is great for a brain break, indoor recess, P.E., virtual learning activity, or adding it as part of your classroom's bugs and insect themed units! This deck has 20 movement cards each featuring a different bug/insect and a movement to go along with it. The deck follows a "yoga flow" that groups standing/sitting/floor movements together to prevent difficult position transitions that most yoga and movement activities have. Each activity starts standing up then transitions to sitting/floor and ends with cool down and breathing techniques.
