Description
This fun, seasonal activity targets making inferences and interpreting idioms using context clues. After reading a short passage, students are asked to make an inference regarding the main character's costume. In addition, they are asked to interpret an idiom embedded in each passage. Each question includes a field of choices for extra support. This activity targets reading comprehension and utilizing context clues to make inferences and interpret idioms.
