Description
This resources is aligned with Fundatinons Level 1 Unit 4 but it can be used with any phonics programs that addresses bonus letters, also known as the floss rule. In this deck, students listen to a word and then spell it in a pyramid form, building on one letter at a time. Using a spelling pyramid is a great way to teach students how to build a word. It’s very visual and forces the student to think of each letter separately. Use this resource as independent work, small group work, or even homework.
