Description: These 20 cards cover Counting On to Subtract. I made them to supplement Ready Classroom lesson 6, but can be used with any curriculum. They are aligned to the common core standard 1.OA.C.5. These cards are not randomized and will progressively get harder. Cards 1-5 have pictures to support students filling in both an addition and a subtraction equation. Cards 6-10 have a partially completed bar model to support students filling in both an addition and a subtraction equation. Cards 11-15 have a number path to support students filling in both an addition and subtraction equation. Cards 16-20 have no support and students will fill in both an addition and subtraction equation.
