Description: This deck is all about counting winter items and identifying and creating corresponding tally marks from 1-10. There are 3 activities: On cards 2-11, the student is presented with a quantity of winter items from 1-10 and the written prompt 'How Many?'. They have a choice of three possible tally responses. If their answer is correct, the card will automatically advance. On cards 12-21, the student counts the winter items and then makes the identified number of tally marks. The student will drag the correct number of tallies to the 'notebook.' If their answer is correct, the card will automatically advance. On the last card, the student can practice making their own tally marks using the 'ink' tool. The ink tool buttons are located on the side of the screen. There is no correct answer, this page is for practice only. The student may press the reset button to practice any number of tally marks and can change the color as well as the pen thickness.
