Description: Can your students look at a sentence and tell you where the key information is? This deck helps students break a sentence down and find the WHO, WHAT, and WHERE in each sentence. Each card has a sentence with three corresponding pictures. Students will match the WH words to the three different parts of the sentence. The order of information in each sentence varies in order to make sure students are really paying attention to the information. EXAMPLES: The firefighter put out a fire at my house (WHO - WHAT - WHERE) The monkey was in the tree eating a banana (WHO - WHERE - WHAT) At the beach the girl had lemonade (WHERE - WHO - WHAT) There are also some sentences that may not have all three... instead they have two of one of the WH words. EX: A brother and sister played outside (WHO - WHO - WHERE) This deck was created by Raven Education © and is for personal use with your child / students within the home / classroom. This deck (as a whole, or its parts) may NOT be redistributed, copied, or resold. Thank you!
