Description: Simple, CUTE Interactive Book for Early Intervention, Pre-K and K. Basic, easy to understand language to target basic vocabulary, receptive and expressive language in a fun fall/Thanksgiving theme! Have students place the items on Tom Turkey to help him get ready for a party. Receptive language: Have students choose the correct item. Have students place them in the correct spot on Tom. There is an additional receptive language task on each page corresponding to the item the child placed on Tom (e.g. Show me your shirt). Expressive language: Have the child name the item as they place it. Work on increasing MLU by having the child formulate complete sentences (use sentence strips if needed - not included).
