Description: This is a MODIFIED VERSION of My Middle Science Review Deck that I created to support students in my classes. While the topics are still related to middle school NGSS expectations, there are fewer answer choices and less complex sorts. This is a review deck about electromagnets for middle school physical science. Supports NGSS MS PS 2-3 Topics: How does changing the number of batteries, changing the number of turns(coils) of a wire, or changing the core material affect the strength of an electromagnet? Examples of electromagnets (crane in scrapyard, doorbell, MRI, relay switch, circuit breaker, classroom built, etc.) Questions about how electromagnets are similar or different from permanent magnets and basic electromagnetism related to moving current creating a magnetic field.
