This activity will help your little ones to practice reading words with the long vowel u: silent e, ue, ui, ew, oo. It can be used with English language learners as they can hear the name of the pictures in each one of the cards. Words included: Silent e: flute, cube, fume, mule, tube, tune. ue: blue, glue, tissue, clue, cue, fuel, argue. ui: fruit, suit, juice. ew: stew, brew. oo: tooth, spoon, school, pool, scoop. Cards are ramdomized!
